P2 series cnc nesting machine center production line for panel furniture

DESCRIPTION

P2 series production line is one of solution for panel furniture production. It includes four parts:

automatic labeling machine one the back

intelligent distribution conveyor belt

cnc machine center automatic loading and unloading

Robotic palletizer

It will work like this : First we put panels on scissor lift on automatic labeling machine,then copy files into controller, after starting,automatic will first label panels,after labeling,panels will be transport to intelligent distribution conveyor belt, the conveyor belt will determine where transport to (to he right or to the left),after this , cnc machine center in the middle will automatically loading panels to vacuum table for cutting,after cutting , small panels will be transport to belt,then robotic will unload those small panels on the belt and palletize those panels.
